Property, Plant and Equipment Disclosure	PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Coal Combustion Residual Rule In 2010, the Federal EPA published a proposed rule to regulate the disposal and beneficial re-use of coal combustion residuals, including fly ash and bottom ash generated at coal-fired electric generating units and also flue gas desulfurization gypsum generated at some coal-fired plants. The final rule was published in the Federal Register in April 2015 and becomes effective six months after publication. We are in the process of evaluating the impact of this rule and have not yet determined an estimate of the expected increase in asset retirement obligations. Upon completion of the evaluation, we expect to record an increase in asset retirement obligations in the second quarter of 2015 due to this publication.
