Employer Contributions

The Company anticipates making required contributions ofapproximately $3.8million to its foreign pension plans during 2014, of which$3.0 million has been contributed through September 30, 2014.The Company isnot required under the Pension Protection Act of 2006to make any contributions to its qualified domestic benefit pension plans during 2014.
