Employer Contributions

The Company anticipates making required contributions ofapproximately $3.3 million to its foreign pension plans during 2013, of which$0.7 millionhas been contributed through March 31, 2013.The Company isnot required under the Pension Protection Act of 2006to make any contributions to its qualified domestic benefit pension plans during 2013.
