Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In October 2021, the Corporation acquired a residential building products installing distributor at a purchase price of approximately $30 million. The acquired company builds on the Corporation's strategy to expand the Fireside Hearth & Home owned-distribution component of the residential building products segment. Due to the recent timing of the close of the acquisition, the Corporation has not yet allocated the purchase price to the fair value of the assets acquired and the liabilities assumed at the acquisition date.
