Shipping and Handling Costs	Note 12: Shipping and Handling Costs The costs incurred for the shipping and handling of products sold are classified in the consolidated financial statements as a selling expense on the Consolidated Statements of Operations. Shipping and handling costs were $104.9 million and $98.9 million for the six months ended February 28, 2013 and February 29, 2012, respectively and $51.5 million and $51.1 million for the three months ended February 28, 2013 and February 29, 2012, respectively.
