EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS

 

The Company has a

401

(k) Savings and Retirement Plans covering all full-time employees. Company contributions for each of these plans, including matching of employee contributions, are at the Company's discretion.

For the years ended

December 31, 2020

and

December 31, 2019,

the Company made matching contributions to the plans in the amount of

$97,322

and

$315,090

respectively. The Company does

not

provide any other postretirement benefits to its employees.
