     EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS

 

The Company has a

401

(k) Savings and Retirement Plans covering all full-time employees, except for employees of CAD Enterprises, Inc. (“CAD”). The employees of CAD are covered by a separate

401

(k) Savings and Retirement Plan that was in place at the time of acquisition

July 1, 2018.

Company contributions for each of these plans, including matching of employee contributions, are at the Company's discretion.

For the

three

months ended

December 31, 2017

and

2016,

the Company made matching contributions to the plans in the amount of

$17,545

and

$2,532

respectively. For the years ended

December 31, 2018

and

September 30, 2017,

the Company made matching contributions to the plans in the amount of

$183,996

and

$39,249

respectively. The Company does

not

provide any other postretirement benefits to its employees.
