Subsequent Events [Text Block]	11. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 2, 2013 which is the date the financial statements were available to be issued, and has determined there were no subsequent events to recognize or disclose in these financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
