Commitments and Contingencies Legal Matters The Company is the plaintiff in a suit pursuing patent infringement against a competitor in the emissions market. Management believes that it is not currently possible to estimate the impact, if any, that the ultimate resolution of this matter will have on the Company's results of operations, financial position or cash flows. The Company is a named defendant along with numerous other companies in a suit in the State of Michigan regarding asbestos harm to the plaintiff. The Company has engaged a Michigan attorney to provide representation. The Company believes the suit is without merit and is pursuing dismissal of the case.

10. Commitments and Contingencies

Legal Matters
