Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	10. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company has a formula based profit sharing bonus plan for officers and key employees. For fiscal years ended September 30, 2011, 2010 and 2009, the formula produced no bonus distribution. The bonus distribution is determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. The Company has a 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan covering all full-time employees. Company contributions to the plan, including matching of employee contributions, are at the Company's discretion. For fiscal years ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, the Company made matching contributions to the plan in the amount of $17,009 and $15,380 respectively. For fiscal year ended September 30, 2009, the Company made no matching contributions to the plan. The Company does not provide any other post retirement benefits to its employees.
