Leases of Lessee Disclosure [Text Block]	5. LEASES Operating : The Company leases a facility and certain equipment under operating leases expiring through January 2012. The Company's minimum commitment under these operating leases is $720 for 2012. Rental expense under these commitments was $2,880 (2011), $5,782 (2010) and $24,120 (2009). A facility held under a capital lease has a net book value of $0 at September 30, 2011. Future minimum lease payments which extend through 2061 are immaterial.

5. LEASES

Operating :
