The awards granted in the second quarter ended October 26, 2011 were sourced from the Fiscal Year 2003 Stock Incentive Plan. The awards granted in the second quarter ended October 27, 2010 were sourced from the 2000 Stock Option Plan and the Fiscal 2003 Stock Incentive Plan.
