Segment Reporting Information, Description of Products and Services	The Flight Support Group designs, manufactures, repairs, overhauls and distributes jet engine and aircraft component replacement parts.  The parts and services are approved by the FAA.  The FSG also manufactures and sells specialty parts as a subcontractor for aerospace and industrial original equipment manufacturers and the United States government and is a leading manufacturer of advanced niche components and complex composite assemblies for commercial aviation, defense and space applications.

Segment Reporting Information, Description of Products and Services	The Electronic Technologies Group designs and manufactures electronic, microwave, and electro-optical equipment and components, three-dimensional microelectronic and stacked memory products, high-speed interface products, high voltage interconnection devices, high voltage advanced power electronics products, power conversion products, underwater locator beacons, traveling wave tube amplifiers, harsh environment electronic connectors and other interconnect products, and RF and microwave amplifiers, transmitters, receivers and satellite microwave modules, units and integrated subsystems primarily for the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries.
