On October 1, 2010, HEI issued the following news release:

 

HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES, INC. TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER 2010 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON OCTOBER 30, 2010

 

HONOLULU — Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE - HE) said today that it plans to announce its third quarter 2010 financial results on Saturday, October 30, 2010.

 

The Company also announced that it has scheduled an earnings conference call beginning at 4:00 a.m. Hawaii time (10:00 a.m. Eastern time) on November 1, 2010.
