Grant of restricted shares pursuant to the Company's 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan upon the satisfaction of the performance goals previously established by the Compensation Committee in connection with the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. These restricted shares vest between December 2023 and December 2026 depending on whether the performance goal related to organic growth or acquisition growth.
Grant of performance-based restricted shares as long-term incentive pursuant to the Company's 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
