For the quarter and nine months ended September 27, 2020, options and restricted stock units totaling 2,852 and 3,046, respectively, were excluded from the calculation of diluted earnings per share because to include them would have been anti-dilutive. For the nine months ended September 29, 2019, options and restricted stock units totaling 1,088 were excluded from the calculation of diluted earnings per share because to include them would have been anti-dilutive.
