For the quarter ended September 25,2016, options and restricted stock units totaling 492 were excluded from the calculation of diluted earnings per sharebecause to include them would have beenantidilutive.  No options and restricted stock unitswere excluded from the calculation of diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended September 27,2015. For the nine-month periods ended September 25,2016 and September 27,2015, options and restricted stock units totaling 492 and 261, respectively, were excluded from the calculation of diluted earnings per share because to include them would have been antidilutive.
