Contingencies [Text Block]	(10) Contingencies The Company is currently involved in a dispute with an inventor related to contractual interpretation of products subject to license agreements between the inventor and the Company, and payment of royalties. The inventor is claiming damages for all claims and products in excess of $90,000. Certain of the claims in this matter are currently being adjudicated in binding arbitration and other matters are subject to a complaint filed in February 2013 in the Northern District of Georgia. The Company is disputing the inventor's contractual interpretation and claims, believes it has meritorious defenses, and intends to vigorously defend its position. The Company currently cannot estimate a possible loss or range of loss. The Company is party to certain other legal proceedings, as well as certain asserted and unasserted claims. Amounts accrued, as well as the total amount of reasonably possible losses with respect to such matters, individually and in the aggregate, are not deemed to be material to the consolidated financial statements.
