Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 24, 2021, Harte Hanks, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Albert V. Tobia Jr. will resign as a director on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. In connection with Mr. Tobia’s resignation from the Board, the Board determined to accelerate Mr. Tobia’s outstanding equity incentive plan awards.
Mr. Tobia’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
