     The undersigned Trustees of each of the above listed Trusts, each a Massachusetts business trust, does hereby severally constitute and appoint THOMAS M. KINZLER, BETSY ANNE SEEL, DAVID D. BARR, KINGA KAPUSCINSKI AND NICHOLAS J.
