Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 3, 2015, American Airlines Group Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, American Airlines, Inc. (“American”), reached an agreement in principle regarding a tentative joint collective bargaining agreement (the “tentative agreement”) with the Allied Pilots Association (“APA”), the union that represents American’s more than 14,000 pilots. APA will be communicating details of the tentative agreement directly to their membership, which will then go to the pilot membership for a ratification vote.
