Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 1, 2015, the 3.000% Convertible Senior Notes due 2015 (the “Notes”) of RTI International Metals, Inc. (“RTI”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcoa Inc., matured in accordance with their terms. RTI repaid in cash on the maturity date the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes of $114.28 million, together with accrued and unpaid interest, pursuant to the terms of the Notes.

The information in this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished in accordance with the provisions of General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K.
