Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Management evaluated all activity of Howmet and concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in the Consolidated Financial Statements or disclosure in the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements, except as noted below: See Note R for the open market debt repurchases made subsequent to the fourth quarter of 2022 as well as an amendment to the Credit Agreement on February 13, 2023 to replace LIBOR with Term SOFR as the reference rate therein.
