The new numbers are Loan and MBS repayments of $8,889,241,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2006 and a Loan and MBS repayment rate of 30.00% for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. The numbers previously reported were $8,606,922,000 and 29.30%, respectively. Item 8.01 Other Events Golden West's primary listing of its common stock is on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The Company intends to voluntarily terminate its secondary listing on the Pacific Exchange (recently renamed NYSE Arca, Inc.) since the NYSE now owns the Pacific Exchange after its recent merger with Archipelago Holdings Inc.
