On November 14, 2016, the Board of Directors of Genuine Parts Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.6575 cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record December 9, 2016.

GENUINE PARTS COMPANY
DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Atlanta, Georgia, November 14, 2016 – Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of sixty-five and three-quarters cents ($0.6575) per share on the Company’s common stock.

The dividend is payable January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record December 9, 2016.
