Leunig to the Corporation's Board of Directors, and appointment of Mr. Leunig as Secretary of the Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Leunig was employed by Genesee Corporation for sixteen years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
