KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned, being directors and/or officers of General Electric Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby constitutes and appoints Michael A. Neal, Jeffrey S. Bornstein, Jamie S. Miller and Craig T.
