On November 8, 2007, our Board of Directors approved an additional stock repurchase program whereby we have been authorized to repurchase up to one million additional shares of our Common Stock from time to time in the open market or in private transactions.  A copy of the press release announcing this action is furnished, but not filed, with the Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
