Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE N – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On December 20, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 27, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2023. Based on the current number of shares of common stock outstanding, the total amount of the special dividend payment will be approximately $9.3 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
