Treasury Stock [Text Block]	NOTE D – TREASURY STOCK TRANSACTIONS During the nine month period ended January 31, 2013, the Company made a contribution of 39,091 shares of its common stock held in treasury to the Company’s profit sharing plan and trust under section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Such contribution is in accordance with the Company’s discretionary match of employee voluntary contributions to this plan. During the same period, the Company issued 29,142 shares from treasury upon the exercise of stock options and SARS by certain employees.
