Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 25, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Forward Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in base salary for Mr. Anthony Camarda, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, from $255,000 to $285,000 per year. The increase in the base salary will be effective January 1, 2023.
