Explanation of Responses:

1. The voting trust holds 65,368 share of Class B stock for the benefit of a trust of which I am a beneficiary.

2. Following the transactions reported on this Form 4, the voting trust holds 39,998 shares of Class B stock for my benefit.

3. Following the transactions reported on this Form 4, the voting trust holds 40,636 shares of Class B stock for the benefit of a trust, of which my spouse is trustee, that benefits my family.

4. The voting trust holds 19,633 shares of Class B stock for the benefit of a trust, of which I am trustee, that benefits my family.
