Effective as of May 6, 2015, Robert B. Goldstein resigned from his position as a member of the F.N.B. Corporation (the Corporation) Board of Directors. Mr. Goldstein’s resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Corporation on any of its operations, policies and practices or otherwise.
