Common Stock	COMMON STOCK On May 18, 2011, the Corporation completed a public offering of 6,037,500 shares of common stock at a price of $10.70 per share, including 787,500 shares of common stock purchased by the underwriters pursuant to an over-allotment option, which the underwriters exercised in full. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses were $62,803.
