This raises current year's dividends to $2.65 per share compared to $2.25 last year; an increase of 17.8%. It has been the Trust's policy to pay fixed quarterly dividends for the first three quarters of each fiscal year, and a final fourth quarter dividend based on the total fiscal year's operating results. For its fiscal year beginning November 1, 2000, the Trust will increase its fixed quarterly dividend to $.60 per share from $.50 per share.
