U.S. Bancorp (the “Company”) held its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Shareholders considered three proposals at the meeting, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 10, 2020 (the “Proxy Statement”).
