Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 22, 2020, New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) will deliver a presentation to stakeholders at its Annual Meeting of Shareowners. NJR also issued a press release announcing its sustainability agenda (the “Press Release”). The slides to be used for the presentation and the Press Release are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference into Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
