Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 13, 2019, New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) issued a press release announcing that New Jersey Natural Gas Company received approval from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities on its base rate case (the “Press Release”). NJR also published an investor fact sheet entitled “Summary of Base Rate Case Settlement Order” (the “Investor Fact Sheet”). Copies of the Press Release and the Investor Fact Sheet are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
