Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date of this filing. On November 4, 2013, the Company purchased the assets of Myricom, Inc. (“Myricom”), a manufacturer of high performance interconnect computing devices and software. The Company paid $0.5 million in cash in exchange for the assets that were acquired in the transaction. The Myricom purchase price allocation has not yet been finalized due to the timing of the closing of the acquisition. The final determination of fair value for assets and liabilities will be completed as soon as the information necessary to complete the analysis is obtained.
