SUBSEQUENT EVENT	15. Subsequent event In September of fiscal 2017, we executed a plan to reduce our workforce as part of our cost savings initiatives to permanently decrease fixed operating costs. As a result, we will be recording approximately $1.3 million of severance expense during the second quarter of fiscal 2017.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
