Abandonment of Limited Partnership Interests	Abandonment of Limited Partnership Interests At December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Partnership had outstanding 12,990.22 limited partnership interests. In abandoning his or her Limited Partnership Interest(s), a limited partner relinquishes all right, title, and interest in the Partnership as of the date of abandonment.
