On May 1, 2008, in a prior filing on Form 8-K, the Company announced that David Ferguson, Vice President –Customer Service, would retire effective May 30, 2008.

 

On May 22, 2008, the Company is pleased to announce that David Ferguson has decided not to retire effective May 30, 2008, and will continue in his role as Vice President-Customer Service.
