On May 10, 2005, General William Wright Crouch was elected to the FLIR Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors for a term expiring at the Company’s 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. On July 20, 2005, General Crouch was elected to serve on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
