On February 7, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of FLIR Systems, Inc., (the “Company”) approved for 2018 an increase in the base salary of James J. Cannon, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, from $750,000k to $850,000 and increased his annual incentive plan target from 100% of base salary to 110% of base salary.
