Item 8.01   Other Events.  

On January 12, 2010, Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc. received 2005 Voluntary Voting System Guidelines(VVSG) certification from the United States Election Assistance Commission for its OpenElect ® Suite of Digital Optical Scan Products.
