It is anticipated that a net loss of approximately $1.0 million will be reported for

the quarterly period ended June 30, 2005, due to an increase in the cost of property

operations and the reporting of certain non-recurring general and administrative

expenses.  For the corresponding period in 2004, the Registrant reported net income

of approximately  $154,000.
