Basis Of Presentation [Text Block]	Note 1 – Basis of Presentation The Consolidated Balance Sheet as of December 31, 2011, the Consolidated Statements of Income for the three month and six month periods ended December 31, 2011 and 2010 and the Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the six month periods ended December 31, 2011 and 2010 are unaudited. In the opinion of management, all adjustments necessary for a fair presentation of such financial statements have been included. Such adjustments consisted only of normal, recurring items. Interim results are not necessarily indicative of results for a full year. These Consolidated Financial Statements (Unaudited) should be read in conjunction with the Consolidated Financial Statements and notes included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011.
