The ranges of useful lives of the principal classes of assets are as follows:

Bank premises	15 – 40 years
Leasehold improvements	Shorter of estimated economic lives of 15 years or term of the lease.
Computer equipment	3 – 5 years
Furniture, fixtures and equipment	5 – 7 years
