Other Events

Effective January 7, 2013, CVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) completed the redemption of fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding capital and common securities issued by the Company’s trust subsidiary, CVB Statutory Trust II (the “Trust”). In connection with such redemption, the Company paid $20,787,104.
