The aggregate market value of the registrant’s Common Stock held by non-affiliates of the registrant as of June 30, 2002, the last day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter, was $909,782 based upon the average of the bid and ask prices reported for such date by the National Quotation Bureau.
